Bad Back

Hurt my back and i'm in a bit of pain, so not sure if i'll update much until i feel better. Take care all.

    I hear people in Latin America lie on electrical train tracks and get this low voltage treatment for thiere backs. Align their shakras. You know? Thanks for the post about The Admiral. I can't believe it either to look at him today.

    I'm hoping for one of those cute little Japanese women that walks on your back to show up. :)
