Sad news, Yvonne Craig has died at 78 after a brave battle with Breast Cancer. The lovely and very talented actress was my first crush, She was much more than just Batgirl. Wish I had met her in real life. Thank you Yvonne for Batgirl and all your work. Bless you and Rest In Peace.

Larry Hagman

Larry Hagman has died at 81, after a long battle with cancer. So many know him as JR Ewing from Dallas but to me he will always be Major Nelson on I Dream Of Jeannie. Goodbye Larry and Thanks!

A True Hero

We've lost a True Hero of America and the World. Neil Armstrong the first man on the moon has died at 82. He was the first human to travel to another world, land and walk on it. He and Buzz Aldrin made history and it should never be forgotten. What they did was so dangerous the odds were against them achieving thier goal and coming back but they did. It was money well spent and don't let Neil down, we must keep searching space and go to Mars.
Thank you Neil you are one the bravest men ever.

Joe Kubert passed away over the weekend. I can't tell you how sad i am, i've always wanted to meet Mr. Kubert but never got the chance. As a boy my comic book heroes were Batman and Sgt. Rock and Joe created the look of Sgt Rock. Thank you for filling my days with your genius. Some say Kirby was King but to me you were King.

Don Grady

Another part of my childhood is gone for good. Don Grady most famous for being Robbie on My Three Sons has died after a battle with cancer. This pic is of him on Have Gun Will Travel. Don was on the Micky Mouse Club ( before my time) but i remember from My Three Sons. He was a muscian from rock to writing themes for tv after he retired from acting.

Dick Clark

America's Oldest Teenager, Dick Clark has passed away at 82.
For so many years Dick Clark brought Rock & Roll, R&B, Pop and Soul to America's teenagers on his American Bandstand, it ran from the 50's to the late 80's.
A workaholic only a stroke a few years back slowed him up.
Thanks Dick for all music.

Mike Wallace

Mike Wallace has died at 93.
To me he was 60 Minutes, enjoyed his stories with celebs and rooting out the bad guys.
He had long a long career in TV, 60 Minutes won't be the same without him.

Davy Jones

Another part of my childhood has been taken away, Davy Jones of the Monkees has died of a heart attack at the age of 66. The Monkees was must see tv back in the 60's, sure they were a made up band for television but they could sing and the music is just as fresh today. Davy was the old style "song and dance" man of the group and teen heartthrob for the girls. Thanks Davy.

Whitney Houston Found Dead At 48

So much talent and Fame all thrown away because of crack. Addiction claims another . So now her daughter is left without a Mom because of the drug use most likely weakened her heart.
Not surprised. Who's next? They go in threes

Don Cornelius

The world just got a little less funky.
Don Cornelius shot himself and died at the age of 75.
Thanks for all the soul Don, maybe you'll find the peace that seemed to wanted.

Dan Wheldon

Indy 500 Champion Dan Wheldon has died from his injuries in today’s IRL race in Las Vegas, Dan was a IRL champion and 2 time winner of the Indy 500. Dan was 33 and leaves a wife and 2 young children.

George Baker

George Baker has passed away at 80. If you're a fan of British television and movies you'll know that face and name. He was in 2 Bond films and even dubbed George Lazenby for some scenes in OHMSS. His best remembered role is probably as Chief Inspector Wexford on a long running mystery series.

Steve Jobs & Charles Napier

So he finally kicked the iBucket. *shrug*
He made no difference in my life, i've never been a slave to inanity that is the Apple zombie world and have no need for anything apple, never used tham and never see any reason to.
As i understand it Mr. Jobs never gave a penny to Charity while the man all Apple zombies hate Bill Gates has given Millions away and bailed out Apple a couple of times.
I really see nothing to respect there.
I guess the Jobstians are waiting for Steve to arise in 3 days...
The death of Charles Napier actually affects me more, an actor i've liked for many a decade.

Cliff Robertson

We've lost one of my favorite actors, Cliff Robertson. From his guest roles on the Twilight Zone to P.T. 109 ( JFK himself picked Cliff to play him. ) to one of the best war films "Too Late The Hero" with Bloody Michael Caine and so many more. Great actor and a long life, passing away at 88.

Nicholas Courtney

I don't think the James Bond films would have been as succesful without the fantastic music of John Barry.

Jack Lalanne

Jack has passed away at 96, i thought he'd live forever. I remember as a kid his exercise show, where he never had to yell at you to lose weight but to encourage you to exercise and in a positive way. Thank you Jack for being a class act and a good person.
