Every so often th...Yes, it is weird, isn't it? Every so often this seems to happen here - a strange summer of rioting every ten or so years I think - something sparks it off and then it just spirals out of control. There's been a lot of reasons to mistrust the police here lately, a lot of scandals and corruption, etc. and that seems to be at the root of it all.
